Heather here! I am a new novelist working on my first book, Phoenix Unrest.

Phoenix Unrest is book 1 in a new adult fantasy series about Nix, a young woman who has bounced from job to job for most of her teenage and early adult life...that is, until she discovers she is reborn every 500 years to maintain the balance between good and evil. Not only does she have to learn the history, traditions and politics of The Overneath (a world hidden in plain view, full of mythological beings), but she must also rediscover who she is AND figure out how exactly she's supposed to fix a severely off-balance world.

 

I am so excited to be breathing life into what has turned into a 13 year project!
